Floating RBT Seeking a floating (experienced) RBT to work with a variety of clients in the Boston area. Willingness to travel to Metro North, South Shore, North Shore, Merrimac Valley areas. Join our team and receive: 42-47k per year $500 sign on bonus awarded 30 days after beginning work with your client(s) In addition to an industry leading pay rate, Journey offers: BCBA supervision and support at 15%-20% of your weekly clinical hours. Job Description: Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans and will also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments (such as stimulus preference assessments). We are seeking dedicated, passionate, and driven ABA professionals to work with our clients. Qualifications Required and Job Responsibilities: Registered Behavior Technician required for this role Required Availability - Weekday hours in the afternoon (after school) Preferred Availability - Flexibility for weekend hours as available High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous experience with children and/or adolescents, personal and/or professional experience with autism, the field of ABA, or any adjacent field Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have valid ID and reliable transportation. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and an online ABA software data collection system Must be fully COVID vaccinated.
