About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Centers of America. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement behavior-analytic programs for clients
  • Conduct assessments and research literature related to specific learners' programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and caregivers to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic techniques and strategies
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to ensure clients are meeting their goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA certification
  • 2 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record
