**Precision Wall Systems, a Division of US LBM is Seeking Wall Panel Assemblers for Our Rogers, MN location.**

**$16+/HR to start and a comprehensive benefits package NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY**

**Sign On Bonus:**

* $500 to be paid out after successful completion of 90 days

* $500 to be paid out after successful completion of 180 days

* $500 to be paid out after successful completion of 365 days

* Some restrictions apply - if you were previously employed with one of our divisions within the last 12 months you do not qualify for the sign-on bonus.

**How You Will Spend Your Days as an Assembler Associate:**

* Assembling precut wooden parts

* Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors instructions and blueprint specifications

* Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly

* Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts

**Assembler Requirements:**

* **Experience.** ***None**, **we are willing to train the right candidates But its also great if you have construction experience***

* **Physical.** Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts

* **Heavy Lifting.** Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift

* **Willingness.** Must have the drive to learn

* **Teamwork.** Team focused approach to work

* **Excellence.** Excellent work ethic and attendance
