Mission Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Growth MarketingManager dynamique et talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris et travaillerez en lien avec l'équipe Sales. Vos mission seront les suivantes :

Mettre en place un plan opérationnel data-driven de growth hacking avec suivi des KPI sur GA4. Concevoir et optimiser les campagnes médias, emailings, socialpour booster l’awareness et la visibilité de nos produits. Optimiser le conversion rate sur notre site, landing page, blog, shop. Piloter la création et distributiondu contenu en lien avec l'équipe technique et nos prestataires externes. Améliorer nosworkflowet segmentation client sur notre CRM (HubSpot). Être un référent du Marketing au sein de Stereolabs.

Expérience professionnelle de 2-5 ans minimumdans la mise en place de campagnes marketing digitales.

Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de travailler sur plusieurs initiatives simultanément et de respecter les délais. Vous êtes data-driven, et vous savez repérer et prioriserles opportunités. Vous avez déjà utilisé HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, et des outils d'email automationau cours de vos expérience passées. Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et l'IA.
