6-4:30 M-TH, 6-11 Fr if needed Description: Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation is seeking a full time Estimator/Project Manager Assistant at our Weston location. The Estimator/Project Manager's Assistant is responsible for understanding the full context of each woodworking project and can help Project Managers tailor unique plans for each customer and ensure satisfaction. This position works in collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders, ensuring communication is accurate and understood between parties. Responsibilities: Knowledge of or willing to learn the processes used to estimate project cost and scope utilizing estimating software, assist where possible (Excel/Seradex) Work with PM and Purchasing to ensure on-time receipt of materials, follow up as needed (especially "special order" items) Assist Project Manager in preparing change orders and help track all documents (contracts and drawings) needed for the project Conduct pertinent communications with vendors and customers as needed Document communication in project management software

Understand project schedule and communicate expectations between the PM and the Production department/other interested parties.
