Salary: 120-220k

This position is responsible for all transactional and administrative activities such as compensation and benefits policies. It also oversees global data management, employee immigration and relocation operations, and the deployment of Workday Help to enhance the employee experience and embed knowledge management practices.

Responsibilities

- Lead the employee support center for global and U.S. operations.

- Maintain data quality in Workday, collaborating with advisory partners and the HR systems team.

- Optimize the employee experience by driving the adoption of Workday Help and enriching the knowledge base using analytics.

- Monitor service levels and the quality of service provided by analyzing Workday Help data.

- Ensure global mobility (relocation and immigration) services provided by suppliers meet agreed standards.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring services are provided according to agreements and SLAs.

- Oversee the employee support budget and ensure cost allocations for suppliers are accurately reflected.

- Update and maintain global and local policies, aligning the Workday help knowledge base accordingly.

- Drive continuous improvement of processes in the employee support center.

- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely data management for payroll processing.

- Work with finance to meet audit requirements and ensure GDPR compliance for data processing.

- Build and foster a team culture that drives performance.

- Actively manage the team, ensuring the delivery of critical activities and exploring potential areas for improvement.
