Summary The Personal Lines Sales Prospector is a key member of the HUB Sales team. This individual will be responsible for making outbound sales call from warm, vetted leads. Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner - 55 calls per hour
  • Goal is to transfer customers directly over to a licensed insurance agent
  • Metrics - transfer rate of 50 % (ex: if you talk to 100 customers in a day, the goal is to transfer 50 % / 50 customers to a licensed agent)
  • Follow communication scripts, prompts, call flows when handling different topics
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
  • Identify customer's need and clarify information for Call Center Agents
  • Seize the opportunity to transfer calls immediately or schedule appointments, where applicable
  • Build sustainable relationships by interacting in a professional and caring manner
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive manner
  • Meet personal, team and site call transfer targets
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent (some college a plus)
  • 1+ years experience in a professional call center and/or telemarketing environment
  • Embrace the latest technologies available
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
  • Acts decisively and demonstrates good judgment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skills
