Job Summary: The Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans. Responsibilities: Exceed Member expectations by making their needs a priority Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department Prepare and file UCC Continuations Maintain insurance tracking – Phone contact with clients & insurance agents to get policy renewals. Order tax service contracts Work closely with loan processors and lenders Handle general customer inquires, both external and internal LaserPro Doc Prep/Review Loan Booking Escrow Monitoring Imaging HMDA/Adverse Action All other duties as assigned from time to time Preferred Education and Experience: Two years banking or equivalent experience, preferably in loan operations, with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Effective problem solving skills Time management for understanding the urgency of customer needs.
