About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Production Specialist to join our team at FranFund Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting potential borrowers with the preparation of comprehensive loan request packages and the winning of lender proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client pipeline from loan packaging to loan closed/funded
  • Provide guidance on loan program requirements, including process, timing, and documentation
  • Ensure all loan documentation required for lender credit approval is completed accurately
  • Prepare and present loan request package to our network of lenders
  • Update any third parties involved in the process (franchisors and franchise consultants)
  • Understand current lender policies and procedures, as well as current SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Establish lender relationships to effectively communicate client needs and negotiate on clients' behalf
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in loan processing, insurance, legal, or business operations
  • Strong computer/technical skills, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze personal financial statements, credit bureau reports, business plans, interim statements, cash flow projections, tax returns, and bank statements
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Communications, is a plus
