Key Responsibilities- Manage client pipeline from loan packaging to loan closed/funded
- Provide guidance on loan program requirements, including process, timing, and documentation
- Ensure all loan documentation required for lender credit approval is completed accurately
- Prepare and present loan request package to our network of lenders
- Update any third parties involved in the process (franchisors and franchise consultants)
- Understand current lender policies and procedures, as well as current SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Establish lender relationships to effectively communicate client needs and negotiate on clients' behalf
- At least 1-2 years' experience in loan processing, insurance, legal, or business operations
- Strong computer/technical skills, including Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze personal financial statements, credit bureau reports, business plans, interim statements, cash flow projections, tax returns, and bank statements
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Communications, is a plus
