This role will be based out of our London office working on a hybrid basis. Job Type: This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis. As a Sales Account Manager, you will work as part of an experienced Sales team to build Senovis into a global Company. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new clients within our key CHRO target markets (initially CHROs in the UK and Ireland employing Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned and sourced target clients (CHROs in target markets employing Conduct thorough needs assessments with CHRO clients to understand their pains gains and goals. Propose tailored solutions within the Senovis offering to address their needs effectively. Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and fosters future client retention within the target CHRO markets. Prepare proposals and contribute to sales pitches. Attend in-person meetings and sales and marketing events to identify and nurture new business opportunities. Proactively identify and resolve any potential new client concerns or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Attend introduction and onboarding meetings as required. 2. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics of accounts, analyse data, and provide insights to improve account health and drive client success. Prepare regular reports and updates on account activities, progress, and revenue generation for the Head of Commercial and the Senior Leadership team. 3. Market Insights: Keep up to date and fully informed about HR / industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enable effective sales interactions. Qualifications : Ideally Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field or Sales qualification. Professional Experience & Knowledge: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B sales account management, ideally with C-suite level clients. Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering and exceeding Sales KPIs. Ideally experience within the HR, HR / Payroll Technology, Recruitment or Consulting sectors. Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders specifically at executive and C-suite level. Competent in the use of CRM and related systems to maximise effectiveness and results. Client Focus: Strong client orientation with a proven ability to understand and address client needs effectively. Communications and Influencing: Speaks and writes clearly, fluently and effectively to both individuals and groups; communicates in a manner that will persuade, convince and influence others. Relationship Building: Builds and maintains relationships with a diverse network. Recognises the two-way nature of relationships and works to develop mutually beneficial partnerships. Interacts with others in a manner that builds respect and fosters trust. Innovation: Possesses the ability and desire to improve individual performance by developing or creating innovative solutions. Results Driven: Focuses on delivering results; always focused with achieving or surpassing objectives/targets whilst ensuring our recognised standards of performance.
