Conduct meetings with subcontractors to address outstanding issues, train subcontractors, and provide direction to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compliance goals. Responsible for managing a wide variety of certified tasks, i.e.: Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage, etc. Filing regulatory reports and other documentation Liaise with industry trade organizations and assist agencies to identify pertinent resources to support BOWA and subcontractors to ensure project compliance goals are met. Conduct audits on project sites & develop audit reports. Develop training materials and tools for all assigned areas of compliance. Creates and maintains spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to maintain statistical work reports, correspondence, workforce intake data, and other contract related files. Facilitate training on local, state, federal compliance regulations. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE: Degree in Business Administration or Accounting. Accreditation with the International Compliance Association (is a plus). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a compliance role. Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a high-speed environment and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse project teams.
