We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements by gathering feedback from key stakeholders and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the success of new products from concept to launch, including prioritizing features, creating product requirements, and coordinating release plans. Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, colleagues, and other industry experts) to generate and refine product ideas that can deliver value to our customers. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery, pushing the team to deliver the best solution possible. Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Our Ideal Candidate Has

A Bachelor's degree. Business, engineering, computer science, or related fields preferred. 5+ total years of work experience and 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a startup or technology company. A self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. A passion for building innovative products and solving complex problems. Proven track record of successfully shipping products and driving business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers.
