- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management, Strategy, or Business Analyst role, with a focus on monetization or live service
- Previous experience launching and operating monetization products in games
- Analytical background; Experience analyzing data for insights, and turning those insights into actions
- Experience with financial modelling and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
