EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensing Managerwho will be responsible for leading licensing and registration, for all required PBM licensure including submission and renewals for state license registrations, PBM, TPA and URA. This position is responsible as the primary point of contact for internal and external business partners regarding related licensing and registration activity and communication with state regulators. This position also will develop SOP, polices and procedures, and ensure maintenance. What You'll Do:

Complete and submit licensure and business registration applications for required states

related to Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and Utilization Review Agency (URA) applications, renewals, reporting and all other regulatory filings or reports. Perform operational functions including licensure, reporting, research, administrative support, and projects as assigned. Create and maintain licensing databases and recordkeeping mechanisms to accurately track all licensing, renewal and registration activity. Establish process for tracking and submission of regular required reporting. Monitor updates to regulations for required licensure. Maintain regulatory and licensure gap status reporting and keep all areas of the company informed Lead efforts for response to inquiries received from State Regulators. Maintain updated database for NAIC bios and other required documentation. Development and maintenance of related policies and procedures . Update P&Ps to meet new or updated statutes, laws, regulations, or guidance. Other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3 years experience with PBM, Health Plan or health care industry. Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) license preferred. Roles within Legal, Regulatory, and/or Compliance departments at PBM or Health Plan preferred.

Additional Qualifications

Excellent project management skills, adept at overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to meeting established deadlines. Highly flexible, exceptionally organized, and capable of easily adapting to shifting priorities. Successful track record in managing licensing timelines and meeting deliverables Proficient in developing and maintaining licensing databases. Ability to effectively communicate across departments and with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate regulations into actionable licensing requirements. Familiarity with general licensing requirements as stipulated by Departments of Insurance. Proficiency in standard software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **This Position Could be Remote for the Right Candidate**
