Customer Service Representative

We at Amped-up Enterprise believe that Customer Service is the core of our business, and our teams are the link and glue of our company. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
•Develop and drive advertising and promotion strategies
•Performing Market Research
•Track sales as a result of launched promotions
•Fast paced Face to Face environment at promotional events
•Daily interaction with Customers
•Provide information in response to Customers' inquiries, concerns, and questions.
•Assisting members in enrollment and provider services.
•Communicating effectively with members
Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist:
•Deadline and detail-oriented
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Professionalism
•Familiarity with CRM platforms and Strong negotiation skills
•Strong leadership qualities
•High school diploma or GED.
•Bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred.
