Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a 401(k) Client Service Associate to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in West Henrietta, NY.

Job Title: 401(k) Client Service Associate
Work Location: West Henrietta, NY
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5pm during training (3 weeks) & then 9-530 after training
Education/Experience Required: High school diploma
Job Description:
These employees will temporarily staff either our inbound phone queue in a call center environment or our inbound click-to-chat queue. Both roles will be determined after training is complete, both have scheduled breaks & lunches. Candidates should expect 30+ inbound calls/chats per day to be worked.
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one client product. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with client policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single client product
- Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
- Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
- Documents all interactions
- High school diploma
- High volume call center experience
- Accurate data entry experience
- Experience with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skill
