Review equipment costs to recommend repair, replace, disposal and rental rate change decisions. Keep warehouse and yard maintained clean and orderly. Maintain good record keeping on all equipment, repair and maintenance on major equipment. Travel to job sites for problem resolution and/or monthly site visits. Responsible to move larger pieces of equipment between projects or from projects to warehouse. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and replacement. Requirements High school graduate or GED, some college preferred. 2 or more years of experience in a professional business environment, preferred. Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, Internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook). Must be able to work independently. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Excellent communication, organization, presentation, facilitation and conflict resolution skills are essential.
