Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities:
Strategize and improve the Resourcing, Onboarding, and Retention across DHL Supply Chain
Strategize with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design and implement acquisition and workforce planning solutions to drive individual, team and business effectiveness
Provide strategic direction in the development and implementation of all acquisition and pipeline strategies including candidate experience and innovative employer branding projects
Advise on best practice hiring methodology, recruitment and search procedures, candidate sourcing and management, selection and screening tools, cultural fit assessments and employee engagement and referral programs
Design creative social recruitment strategies that elevate the company brand & EVP
Leverage workforce analytics to support the needs of the company and drive continuous improvement
Lead the Acquisition team to ensure achievement of all Acquisition performance targets and individual targets
Pro-actively manage Acquisition budget and ensure cost savings and reductions through process improvements projects
Coaching, developing and mentoring HR team members in Acquisition best practice
Ensuring the Acquisition Strategy is in line with HR Strategy and wider DPDHL Strategy
Providing best in class advice and guidance to business leaders regarding all Acquisition matters
Continuous improvements and implementing acquisition and workforce planning solutions
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop the Acquisition team
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management, or any other related course
Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition
Must have at least 3 years experience in handling recruitment team
Excellent customer-facing and interaction skills
Excellent communication skills; spoken and written
Excellent software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Recruitment Systems)
