Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mastery of agent-facing tools and back-end systems
  • Management of CE and non-CE classes, including creation, approval, facilitation, and reporting
  • Creation and maintenance of branded training materials
  • Development of digital guidebooks for new and experienced agents
  • Maintenance and oversight of master training calendar
  • Regular review of training content and processes for updates and improvements
  • Streamlining agent onboarding processes related to systems and tools:
  • Leading the implementation of new programs and tools
  • Liaising with administrative personnel for logistical support

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail
  • Capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team
  • Competency in time management with a problem-solving attitude, along with exhibiting resourcefulness
  • Capacity to uphold confidentiality
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks without direct supervision and to exercise individual initiative
