The Contracts Manager will prepare and negotiate a variety of agreements, as detailed below and provide interpretation of contractual terms and conditions. In addition, this role will update and maintain ServiceTitan’s contract management system. Experience in dealing with highly confidential information and interfacing with multiple levels of management, cross-functional employees, along with sales team members is required. While our headquarters are in Glendale, CA, this is a remote role. Pacific time zone is preferred; candidates located elsewhere must be comfortable flexing to accommodate Pacific time zone as required. This role does not currently have any direct reports. What you'll do: Contractual Matters: Prepare and interpret common vendor/procurement agreements (SaaS, consulting, services, SOWs, order forms, and others) and NDAs. Coordinate periodic outside legal review on the above and provide direction to external resources as needed. Nice to have - negotiate/redline the above agreement types as well. Assess contract requests that deviate from established standards, determining if additional authorization is required.
