Key Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining records, HR administrative and coordination duties, playing a key role in the recruiting and onboarding process, and assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Manager in supportive duties as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruiting Process:

Under direct supervision of the TA Manager, assist with a variety of TA processes within the recruiting and talent acquisition functions. This includes but is not limited to:

Maintain applicant records and assist with communications, including updating our ATS system, recruiting folders, and tracking sheets with candidate details, phone screening notes, interview dates, follow-up dates, etc. Track the success of recruiting events and conversion of successful hires to provide recommendations for future strategies. Manage college job boards and postings at intern and staff levels. Review intern and staff level candidates, conduct interviews, and make recommendations, ensuring a smooth interview process with diligent follow-up. Partner with the TA Manager to oversee recruiting processes, candidate management, role priorities, and needs. Attend career fairs and campus events to market Meaden & Moore to potential talent. Assist with and ultimately manage college recruiting efforts, including activity planning per office, tracking events and results, coordinating attendees, and serving as the go-to person for university students. Oversee the coordination of promotional materials for events per office. Track all college expenses. Assist with and ultimately create college plans for each office per semester by conducting frequent office check-ins to understand needs and focus. Assist with and ultimately conduct frequent check-ins with universities to maintain relationships, ensure brand promotion, and select involvement based on office goals and needs. Coordinate college scholarship programs. Provide backup support to the Talent Acquisition Manager for all recruiting duties.

Onboarding/Orientation Process:

Under direct supervision of the HR Manager, assist with a variety of HR processes within the onboarding and employee engagement functions. This includes but is not limited to:

Preparing project checklists for new hires through Asana Scheduling orientation training Creating orientation agendas Setting up workspaces in the Cleveland Office and coordinating this function with other locations; updating office map Ordering signage and business cards Ordering welcome gifts (cookie packages) Provide orientation overview support in absence of the HR Manager

Performance Review Process:

Assist with processing performance review documents. Maintain accurate performance management files by saving all performance reviews, self-reviews and review summaries in each employee files. Coordinate and schedule Audit/Tax sit-down reviews.

Employee Engagement Projects:

Assist with coordinating Firm events and activities. Coordinates M&M Connect activities in conjunction with M&M Connect Committee. Interact with team and respond to routine inquiries. Promote and embrace the Firm's culture. Perform research and special projects as needed.

Miscellaneous:

Coordinates and schedules meetings, initiatives, and events. Assists with coordinating Intern Programs. Support other functions as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications:

Ideal candidate would hold an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related degree and have at least two years of related experience. Proven experience in recruiting. Previous experience in college recruiting is a plus. Motivated and reliable team player. Driven to provide exemplary customer service. Eager to learn and actively shares ideas. Responsive and detail oriented. Committed to maintaining confidentiality. Strong professional written and oral communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and make strategic recommendations. Demonstrated ability to represent and promote a brand effectively. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
