Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this role owns and leads the recruitment of Management level employees, as well as assist in the recruiting and hiring process for all employees of the company. This position will work closely with Human Resources and Recruiting to assist in all aspects of HR and Recruiting.


Key Areas of Responsibility


Recruiting

  • Own the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for all management level candidates.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
  • Communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Manage applicant flow through our Applicant Tracking System (Fountain).
  • Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist in administration of the applicant tracking system including posting jobs to job boards, opening new locations and positions, and change settings as needed.
  • Assist in administration of background check process.
  • Create hiring and marketing collateral that adheres to brand standards and promotes engagement.
  • Assists unit level management in hiring processes if there are difficulties with our online processes for Onboarding and/or E-Verify.
  • Create and distribute hire and termination reports as needed by corporate and field leadership.
  • Analyze hiring data from applicant tracking system to inform decision making around the recruiting process.
  • Assist in development and execution of internal processes and procedures surrounding recruiting, hiring, onboarding, etc.
  • Performs special projects as assigned and approved by Director of Human Resources or VP of Operations.


Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree and one (1) to three (3) years of Human Resources, recruiting experience or experience in hospitality or food and beverage.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills as well as ability to resolve issues and follow through.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to spend a considerable amount of time (more than 50%) on the phone or computer screening candidates.
