Building relationships with all distribution partners while resolving issues both quickly and professionally. Oversees and coordinates the distribution of all finished good SKUs directly with our 3-tier distribution partners.Works internally with all sales channels to allocate finished goods appropriately to maintain proper inventory levels at all locations. Confirms, schedules, and communicates all 3-tier distributor orders. Acts as the main point of contact for all order and inventory concerns both internally and externally. Monitors and tracks shipments, resolves scheduling conflicts, and updates partners regularly.From a NetSuite perspective, the responsibilities include but are not limited to: entering sales orders, invoicing sales orders, creating and managing distributor profiles, working with warehouse leads to ensure sales orders are fulfilled so they can be invoiced. Communicates regularly with members of the Sales team on updates to orders and any potential impacts from production. Works closely with the Packaging and Warehouse teams to ensure finished goods are available as expected prior to shipments. Works closely with Procurement, Brewing, Packaging, eCommerce, Sales, and other teammates in Planning to update production schedules as needed. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Desired Experience/ TraitsWho You Are: Ability to work with multiple teams. Personal curiosity in improving skills. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, listening, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills. Honest, dependable, high integrity, team player, and passionate.Skills and Experience: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, planning, distribution or logisticsComputer Skills: Google Sheets and/or Excel experience a must. NetSuite or similar ERP experience is preferred but not required. Travel Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Degree or experience in the brewing industry or supply chain a plus but not required.Job Details: Location: Milford, CT or San Diego, CA. Salary: Commensurate with experience - Base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses. Salary range $65 - 75k/year Benefits: Company paid health, vision, dental, life, 401k with 5% company match, and Paid Parental Leave.
