Provide ongoing training and communication to ensure staff are always up to date on new processes and changes. Ensures compliance to meet or exceed expectations. Maintains relationships with the City of Chicago and partners. Responsible for meeting the goals and objectives outlined in the contract. Ensures all laws, rules and regulations are followed as outlined by the contract. Engages partner organizations to assist guests with needed services both onsite and offsite. Manages relationships with hotel(s), food, security and other vendors as appropriate. Ensures a positive guest experience. Performs quality assurance monitoring. Fosters a positive culture. Ensures proper practices regarding record keeping, control systems, and reporting. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Five (5) years’ professional experience organizing/developing programs at a management level with two (2) years of senior management Knowledge of homeless services preferred Effective planning, training and supervisory abilities Ability to effectively delegate, monitor, and evaluate complex programs Possess excellent human resource and management skills Experience in working in a culturally diverse community setting Proof of valid driver's license and liability insurance may be required Additional Information
