ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The Director Marketing Transformation and Technology plays an integral role, working with the marketing team, to support and deliver the operational management of Marketing Transformation Program for Reynolds. In this role, you will collaborate with key collaborators, influence & advocate solutions, and drive key Marketing business and technology initiatives across the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Support the marketing function to effectively complete assigned strategic initiatives (SI's) Support the qualification and setup of work packages to lead & control initiatives and related results Facilitate the marketing Design Reference Group (DRG) to realize business goals and align priorities. Lead & maintain the Marketing Technology (Martech) roadmap with business partners and DBS. Ensure alignment of activities to planned budgets and business priorities. Support targeted functional reviews that examine the people, process, tech & data 'current state' paradigm. Build on the findings to define the 'future state'. Drive and advocate innovation to ways of working to develop new capabilities and improve system performance. Support the adoption of project management protocols for discovery, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

5+ years in business / commercial roles with exposure to business & technology enablement initiatives, preferred CPG experience. Solid project / program management skills, with the ability to lead complexity & challenging priorities across multiple workstreams. Ability to conduct essential research to make sound and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience in performing a diagnostic business review, assessing inputs and building response plans. Proficient in technology prioritizing, assessment and implementation. Diligent with strong written and verbal presentation skills; able to process and present complex information in simple and digestible formats. Self-starter who works well independently & collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. Solution-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; dedication to influence both internal and external partners at various levels within an organization. Expertise in developing/delivering compelling presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Bachelor's degree required. BENEFICIAL
