We are looking for a Customer Service Rep- Estimating and Technical Services , who is eager to learn and grow within our company at our Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, MI. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits and growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Estimate pricing and roof layouts for roofing details. Answer technical questions regarding specs and installation. Complete assigned projects such as: quoting, wind calculations, design, etc. Create and enter quotes and orders into systems. Data entry of projects onto task board. Provide customer service and follow-up support to contractor network. Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions with customers, personnel and the public. Qualifications: Minimum 2-year associates degree or relevant experience. Estimating experience a plus. Solid-Works AutoCAD Software experience a plus. Must be able to interpret specifications. Must be able to handle back to back phone calls. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines.
