**Position Summary**

As a Sr. Performance Media Analyst on the Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search and local directory marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Brand Activation, you will focus on driving lead generation through platforms like Google, Yelp, Yellow Pages and others. Your role involves setting and achieving performance goals, analyzing campaign data, and implementing strategies to improve lead volume and ROI.

While this role can be remote, the ideal candidate will be in the Nashville, TN area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with the media agency to plan, manage, and execute performance media campaigns.

+ Developing and implementing strategies to increase lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

+ Managing performance marketing budgets and tracking performance against goals.

+ Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

+ Partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and leverage data insights.

+ Analyzing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

+ Developing roadmaps for ongoing optimization and testing.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Typically requires a minimum of 5 working years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 3 years and a masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

+ Prior experience using Tableau and Excel

+ Prior experience working on SEO optimization for retail stores

+ Thorough understanding of how SEM and SEO work together

+ Previous experience using Google Paperclip
