Position Summary

As a Senior Media Performance Analyst within the Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance our paid search and local directory marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Activation, your focus will be on generating leads through platforms such as Google, Yelp, Yellow Pages, and others. You will set and meet performance objectives, analyze campaign metrics, and implement strategies aimed at boosting lead volume and return on investment (ROI).

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, although candidates based in the Nashville, TN area are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with media agencies to strategize, manage, and execute performance-driven media campaigns.

+ Formulate and implement tactics to enhance lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.

+ Oversee performance marketing budgets and monitor outcomes against established goals.

+ Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies.

+ Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and utilize data insights effectively.

+ Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.

+ Create roadmaps for continuous optimization and testing.

Minimum Qualifications

+ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a master's degree; or a PhD without prior experience; or equivalent professional experience.

+ Proficiency in Tableau and Excel.

+ Experience in SEO optimization for retail environments.

+ Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between SEM and SEO.

+ Familiarity with Google Paperclip.
