We are an Agile Scrum team focused on delivering custom Front-end experiences for Best Buy’s Contact Center agents. We are currently developing new customer omnichannel experiences to provide Best Buy’s customers with the means to get the help they want through the communication channel (voice, chat, sms, video, etc…) they prefer to use with us. We are creating these new Front-end experiences in a BBY custom Micro Frontend platform connected to the Twilio Contact Center as a Service platform. Our team works very collaboratively together often peer programming with each other to help the team succeed at maximizing the value we provide to our stakeholders.
