Utilize a variety of project management tools such as Azure Boards, ServiceNow Agile Development, and Tableau for efficient project execution and data visualization. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business analysis within software project teams Certified Scrum Master with demonstrated success in enhancing team efficiency and project delivery speed Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, SQL, HTML, and Salesforce Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS), Power BI, and knowledge of ServiceNow is highly desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data mining and security compliance under standards such as FISMA, OMB, and FedRAMP Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and technical teams Public Trust Security Clearance or equivalent as required for federal contracting roles Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field from an accredited university. Scrum Alliance Scrum Master Certification. Additional certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, SAFe Agile, CompTIA Security+, and AWS Solutions Architect are advantageous.
