Lead execution of Appropriated Funds (Operation and Maintenance, Army), Reimbursable Funds, Army Working Capital Funds (AWCF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case and Administration Funds spanning labor and non-labor requirements. Requirements: Conditions of Employment: Qualifications Who May Apply: Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job. Providing resource management expertise in conducting complex research crossing multiple functional disciplines to assess and evaluate mission alternatives for inclusion in strategic resourcing plans and execution. Leads execution of Appropriated Funds (Operation and Maintenance, Army), Reimbursable Funds, Army Working Capital Funds (AWCF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case and Administration Funds. Leads studies and conduct economic analyses to evaluate operations, improve cost effectiveness, and program efficiency. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
