Number of Job Openings Available:1Date Posted:May 31, 2024Department:16001032 HRSS TA SupportShift:Day (United States of America)Shift Length:8 hour shiftHours Per Week:40Union Contract:Non-UnionWeekend Rotation:NoneJob Summary:Provides support and coordinates the new hire process to ensure a smooth, positive and seamless new hire and onboarding experience.Key Position Details:Join our talented team of HR and Talent Acquisition professionals as an HR Compliance Coordinator* Hybrid position with the opportunity to work remotely.* No weekends or holidays.* Benefit-eligible position - including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k plan, and many more great benefits.Job Description:Principle Responsibilities* Ensures that all employee compliance information is complete, tracked and scanned into employee electronic file.* Answers and routes responses from business unit regarding job and regulatory requirements.* Completes, verifies, supports, and audits the internal and external processes related to: Background checks, DHS, I-9s, Immigration, Psychotherapy Sexual Exploitation, and License, certification, and driver's license renewal process.* Ensures regulatory compliance by adhering to, maintaining, and offering improvements to regulatory compliance within identified target dates.* Periodically runs reports and audits of HR files to ensure all required documents meet compliance standards. Create reports utilizing internal systems and programs.* Serves as the primary point of contact for I-9 management and I-9 verification issues.* Oversees execution of compliance requirements and serve as the escalation point involving regulatory matters and job requirements.* Supports document retrieval for regulatory audits from the Department of Human Services, The Joint Commission, and the Department of Transportation.* Recognizes continuous improvement opportunities and provides insight to leadership.* Schedule, coordinate, and assist with meeting planning and coordination.* Compiles metrics and reporting data for statistical reporting as well as preparing and distributing reports.* Processes expenses and invoices with external vendors and accounts payable.* Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements* Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred* 2 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience required and* 0 to 2 years of previous recruiter assistance or recruitment related experience preferredPhysical DemandsSedentary:Lifting weight Up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently#J-18808-Ljbffr
