Pay:
$20hr (Candidates must be able to work W2, this role is not eligible for Corp to Corp or sponsorship.)
Overview:
Responsible for processing payroll and A/P. Initiative and assistance with ad hoc payroll issues as they arise.
Job Responsibilities:
• Completes full cycle payroll processing
• Responds to employee payroll questions in an efficient manner
• Prepares payroll journal entries
• Reviews of the quarterly payroll tax reports
• Year-end processing W-2 and 1099
Skills:
• Experience in payroll processing
• Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Familiarity with payroll systems
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.
• Some professional working experience as a payroll specialist is required.
Workday experience preferred but not required
