Customer Experience Specialist

Our client company, a leader in restoring health and improving the quality of life for patients with physical disorders, is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will support all day-to-day customer service, sales, and operations activities and tasks, ensuring that all processes are carried out with maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service in line with company strategy and policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to distributor inquiries regarding product pricing and availability. Complaint Handling.
- Experience Processing daily orders quickly and accurately.
- Support distributor requests for demo and sample product, tracking time in field.
- Support distributor requests for marketing materials, including brochures.
- Support Director with resolving field inventory discrepancies and disputes related to transferred, returned, lost, or damaged inventory, compiling documentation.
- Periodic reconciliation of Distributors field inventory (Item, Lot)
- Provide notifications for expiring excess or obsolete field inventory.
- Maintain high standard of organization in the office as far as status of open orders, Inventory Control
- Support Goods In / Goods Out process by checking accordingly, updating records, ensure all orders are picked and packed (will be picked and packed offsite) and delivered correctly.
- Keep up with extracts and restocks as necessary.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
