Job Title: Retail Sales Travel Specialist

At Staples, we're looking for a Retail Sales Travel Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for engaging customers with our travel services and products, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers with comprehensive travel solutions, including product sales and services.
  • Verify customer identity, scan required documents, and take passport photos.
  • Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric, and data capture processes.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
  • Support other areas of the store during the onboarding period.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment.
  • 1+ years of customer service-related experience.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
