Provides daily support for the mortgage operations Help Line by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve standard practices. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements. Risk Mitigation: Adheres to all regulations and Bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities. Mitigates risk related to personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures. Data Analysis: Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Analytics or Procedure writing OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Analytics or Procedure writing.
