*Job Description*:

As a Network Technician at Brooksource, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our network systems. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* *Network Maintenance*: Ensuring the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, and Switching systems.
* *Troubleshooting*: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems.
* *Network Improvement*: Recommending upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.
* *Security*: Implementing security measures to safeguard the network.
* *Technical Support*: Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.

*Qualifications*:
* Proven experience as a Network Technician or relevant position.
* In-depth understanding of network protocols, network management, and network architecture.
* Specific knowledge and experience with LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, and Switching.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
