Position Summary: This position is accountable for performing business management activities for key managed programs customers. The role will manage Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to aggregation of managed program revenue, earnings, inventory, cash management, and operational performance. Supports projects and processes, provides technical management of customers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned program(s). Enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs. Maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers. Accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. Collaborate with and influence cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer specific strategy, execution and customer relationship management. Responsible for consistent management and administration of contractual obligations. Responsible for all recoveries and remedies for programs adhering to contractual commitments. Supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals. Supports the program by coordinating program metrics. Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices. Facilitates the resolution of program issues, developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Provides in depth analysis; identify lessons learned, provide historical reports to incorporate into future project plans Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Ensures follow up action for issue resolution. Provides coaching and guidance to teammates, fostering a collaborative and growth environment, performs 1 on 1s. Program reviews with external and internal senior leadership. Approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs. Creation of Get to Green Plans. Provide KPI metrics reports. Supports Customer on site business reviews. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 6-8 years of experience 1-3 years of supervisory experience Previous experience in the aerospace industry/fasteners, preferred Advanced Excel Skills with training ability Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration or Engineering or Related Field of Study (Master’s Degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
