We keep work in motion for organizations where physical assets are mission-critical.We simplify sharing assets across organizations for companies like Google, Amazon, NBC, and many more...Why should you join us?Joining Cheqroom is joining a highly motivated and inspiring team of colleagues who are happy to welcome you on this journey of an experience We think outside the box and welcome everyone.We top it off with:Flexibility when it comes to working hours and working from homeAnnual personal learning budget,Proper tools so you can do your work properly, without frustration (laptop, phone, and all the usual)All the usual benefits,and a great company culture where you will feel right at homeWe're currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our teamWhat will you be doing?Manage multiple concurrent implementations of varying complexity for our customers,Monitor and analyze customer's usage of applications to drive deeper platform adoption,Develop a strong working knowledge of our product and speak fluently about business outcomes and best practices, acting as your customers' trusted advisor and consultant.Participate in pre-sales discovery conversations with prospective customers,Identify potential churn risk and lead proactive remediation efforts to mitigate and retain customers,Collaborate cross-functionally with your Customer Success peers, Sales, and the Product & Engineering teams to optimize service delivery,Ongoing iteration of customer service processes to streamline time to roll out and improve customer experience,Are you the one?Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or related field for a software/technology company (experience in a Startup is a plus),Start-up attitude - You are comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, can think fast on your feet, and deliver high-quality work,Experience in driving software adoption and usage,You're fluent in English, and your communication skills and personal skills enable you to talk and present to Cheqroom users,You have a Get-it-done mindset and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done with minimal supervision,You love feedback and feel comfortable when ideas are shared and challenged.
