The role – your passion Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Regional Management : You are overall responsible for our stations in the Las Vegas / San Francisco / Los Angeles, overseeing the operational flow.

Budget Control:

You hold budget responsibility for your region, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Location Management : You will autonomously lead and establish the operations of the station, collaborating closely with headquarters to manage day-to-day activities on-site.

Process Optimization & Quality Maintenance:

You will effectively implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation). Moreover, you aim to maintain quality standards, including at all future stations in your region.

Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations : You will maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing optimization.

Team Leadership:

As a Team Leader, you will motivate and guide your team on-site. This includes onboarding, effective task planning, staff scheduling and quality control. Furthermore, you ensure high employee satisfaction within the roadsurfer US teams.

Recruiting : You will be responsible for building your team and sourcing suitable talents for your station.

Fleet Management : You will consistently oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.

Customer Service:

You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of the USA.

What you need to surf the wave with us Bachelor's degree is required

At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, hospitality or similar - career changers are welcome

Knowledge of OSHA, Microsoft Office, worker's compensation and wage & hour labor laws

Experience in leading teams

Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills

Resilient problem-solving abilities and highly organized

Availability to work Monday through Saturday with open availability

Must hold a Class C driver's license

Offer of employment contingent on passing a pre-employment background and reference check. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to handle, feel or type, and talk or hear.
