Key Responsibilities: Project Management: + Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. + Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. + Ensure projects are completed within the scope, time, and cost constraints. + Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards. + Manage and mitigate project risks and issues. + Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Estimating: + Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for construction projects. + Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements. + Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. + Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs. + Update and maintain estimating databases with current cost information. Client Relations: + Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. + Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. + Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing regular project updates. Physical Requirements: + Ability to travel to project sites as needed. + Ability to work in various conditions, including office settings and active construction sites. Work Environment: + This role typically involves a combination of office work and on-site project management. + May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
