About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team at A&E Design. As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for overseeing complex project logistics from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary consultant liaison and secondary client liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
  • Work with the design lead to develop overall project design concepts and development process to ensure that construction documents conform with A&E Design's agreement with the client.
  • Provide technical expertise to generate documents for projects ranging in size and scope.
  • Ensure quality control on all deliverables.
  • May estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts for principal review.
  • May serve as project manager or work closely with project managers to ensure integrity of project scope, budget, and design.
  • Understand the fundamental relationships and contractual obligations between the designer, consultants, owner, and contractors.
  • Represent A&E Design in all client communications at regular intervals between all stages of the agreement and post-agreement activities.
  • Prepare client agreements with defined scope and schedule, educating clients about the defined terms.
  • Schedule, attend, and record all meetings with clients, project team members, and stakeholder groups.
  • Work collaboratively with project team and clients to assure project team success.
  • Maintain constant updates related to project completion, including schedule and billing milestones.
  • Strive to innovate, learn, and improve, never settling for the status quo.
