Staff Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Topeka. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and carrying out various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and success of our organization.
Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Not a remote position.
Pay Rate: $22+/hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)

Requirements
Required: Bachelors' degree in accounting or finance. 2 years accounting experience. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Good communication and advanced computer skills required. High degree of proficiency with MS Office products required. Ability to muti-task. Strong teamwork.
Preferred: Experience in governmental reimbursement programs within a health care setting.
