Regional Director of Accounting

At AdventHealth, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Accounting to lead our accounting and physician finance teams. This role is responsible for directing the general accounting and physician finance areas for our region's facilities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the general accounting and physician finance areas for the region's facilities.
  • Coordinate monthly, interim, and annual financial statements with supporting schedules and analyses.
  • Manage and train staff to produce routine and specific reports of a financial nature.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
