**Mountain West Regional Sales Manager**

We are expanding our geographical footprint, and we are looking for an energetic regional sales manager for the Mountain West region to join our quickly growing sales team. The Mountain West regional sales manager serves a critical role, working closely with revenue, sales , marketing, and product teams to contribute to our business growth and innovation . Car Capital Technologies, Inc. also offers the opportunity to grow within the company by advancing in your designated career path or by pursuing other professional directions based on your performance and interests **Job Description** The Mountain West regional sales manager will be the face of the company to our dealer partners. Your ability to leverage relationships makes you a mission critical factor in growing our business. Your capacity to provide best-in-class service to your dealers will determine the value they place in you and Car Capital. You will succesfully drive growth in dealer count and application volume. This position will be in the Mountain West area. Ideal locations are Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO. **Qualifications** 5+ years previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success Prior sales and/or agency experience in automotive financial services preferred The ability to travel daily to call on dealers across a broad geographic area English language proficiency required; Spanish language proficiency preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Must be high energy and engaging someone people enjoy working with Strong numeric ability for the purpose of reading and understanding credit applications and structuring deals The ability to be available when your dealers need you which includes evenings and Saturdays Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change Must be able to pass criminal background check Possess a valid driver license and auto insurance with acceptable driving record Long hours, flexible work schedule This position requires being able to travel extensively in a vehicle Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity and/or experience in SaaS software product sales and training; FinTech preferred **Responsibilities** Signing new dealerships, growing the application count with existing dealerships and capturing approved contracts Reviewing deals with your dealer partners and helping them to structure or restructure as needed to fit the program Acting as a liaison between your dealers and other departments of the company, including operations, customer success (dealer onboarding), marketing, product, and revenue Completion of production reports as needed for management Building and maintaining dealer relationships and following up routinely Providing best-in-class customer service to your dealer customers Other responsibilities as assigned
