You will oversee demand generation, segment targeting, product/service launches, product positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning and PR management. You'll conceive and develop innovative sales programs that drive demand from art collectors and casual buyers alike. Creativity, attention to detail, along with the ability to grasp and translate sales and marketing capabilities into compelling benefits is crucial.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Deep experience in online, social marketing, email, SEO, SEM and offline B2B & B2C customer acquisition modelsInside sales marketing experience5 years of experience in a sales or marketing leadership capacity that experienced rapid growthSuccess personally launching B2B or B2C services and productsExperience developing strategic plans and managing a sales teamHistory of success in generating PR / Managing PRTechnical awareness and experience simplifying complex technology solutions into elegant and compelling value propositionsSuperior quantitative analytical skills, detail-oriented and highly organizedBachelor's degreeEXPERIENCE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:Startup experienceSales support experience, inside is even betterProduct management experienceMBA/BSBA, ideally with a Sales or Marketing concentrationSales and Marketing communication tool experience
