Order Entry Specialist- Bordentown, NJ
LHH is proactively recruiting for an Order Entry Specialist in Bordentown, NJ. This position is a Contract to possible Perm (Temp to possible Perm). The anticipated pay range is between $23-$25/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Puts Reports together
Data Entry
Communicate with customers and vendors to provide tracking information
Process orders and payments
Respond to emails
Calendar Management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred not required
Must be proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and QuickBooks
Has attention to detail
Good communications both written and verbal
Can start ASAP
Employment type: Contract to Hire (Temp to possible Perm)
