Order Entry Specialist

LHH is actively seeking a skilled Order Entry Specialist to join their team in Bordentown, NJ. This contract-to-hire position offers a competitive hourly rate of $23-$25, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish reports and data entries
  • Manage customer and vendor communications for tracking information
  • Process orders and payments efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates
  • Calendar management and organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and QuickBooks
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately
