Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Email Marketing to lead the development and execution of email strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. We are seeking a leader with a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and extensive experience in email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home solutions market and be able to translate customer insights into impactful email campaigns.

Your Day-to-Day

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation, deployment, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to deliver personalized and relevant content to various customer segments.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and oversee A/B testing methodologies to optimize email content, design, and send times for maximum effectiveness.
  • Manage email marketing tools and platforms, staying updated on the latest technologies and trends to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Technology, Content & Partnerships to ensure alignment.
About you
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business, finance, marketing, economics, or mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in Email Marketing and analytically-oriented digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo), HTML/CSS, and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Ability to develop compelling email content and design that resonate with target audiences.
  • Possess a competitive drive and a strong desire to learn.
