Je komt te werken in een team van vier Sales Accountmanagers, een Specialist Accountmanager Monitoring & IT en de Modality. Jouw directe leidinggevende is de Sales Manager. Wat wij jou bieden
Een marktconform salaris (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en afhankelijk van jouw werkervaring, leeftijd en opleiding);
Cao-akkoord cao Metaktro per 1 juni 2024: totale verhoging salarissen in drie stappen naar 9% Cao-verhoging per 1 juni 2024: 2,75%, per 1 januari 2025: 3,25% en per 1 juni 2025: 3%;
Een aantrekkelijke tekenbonus van € 2.000,- bruto. De helft van de bonus wordt uitbetaald als je één jaar in dienst bent. Ben je na twee jaar nog in dienst, dan ontvang je ook de andere helft;
Arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
Een persoonlijk inwerkprogramma en de mogelijkheid tot het volgen van opleidingen;
Er wordt een leaseauto, laptop en smartphone ter beschikking gesteld;
27 vakantiedagen en 13 vrije roosterdagen, op fulltime basis;
Vergoeding van onkosten en resultaatafhankelijke winstdeling;
Een goede pensioenregeling waarvan wij (conform de CAO in de Metalektro) als werkgever 60% van de pensioenpremie voor onze rekening nemen;
Een keuze uit 2 collectieve zorgverzekeringen met kortingen;
Actieve personeelsvereniging met jaarlijkse activiteiten.
Wat je mee brengt
Deze functie kan worden omschreven als zeer zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk. Voor deze faciliterende rol is het verder belangrijk dat je het leuk vindt om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken waarbij je je flexibel opstelt. Als je ambities hebt om in de toekomst trainingen te beheren en te ontwikkelen, dan biedt Dräger daar de mogelijkheid voor.
Om de functie goed te kunnen vervullen zijn er een aantal aandachtspunten:
Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo- of wo opleiding in een medische richting, bijvoorbeeld verpleging;
Minimaal twee jaar klinische ervaring in de acute zorg;
Ervaring met OK en/of beademing en/of monitoring & IT;
Je bent commercieel bewust, communicatief vaardig en klantgericht;
Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om te werken op locaties door heel Nederland;
Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
